ASME “U” Stamp Certification

Airfins is certified to design and manufacture pressure vessels in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), Section VIII, Division 1, and is authorized to apply the ASME “U” Stamp on qualifying pressure equipment.

The ASME “U” Stamp is an internationally recognized mark of quality, confirming that Airfins’ pressure vessels are designed, fabricated, inspected, and tested in strict compliance with ASME Code requirements.

Under this certification, Airfins manufactures pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other pressure-retaining equipment for pressurized service. All ASME-stamped equipment is produced under a documented Quality Control System, using qualified welding procedures and certified welders, with non-destructive examination and pressure testing performed as per code.

Manufacturing is carried out under the surveillance of an Authorized Inspector, and each ASME “U” stamped vessel is supplied with complete documentation, including the Manufacturer’s Data Report (Form U-1), ensuring full traceability and regulatory acceptance.

ASME “U” certification assures structural integrity, pressure safety, and long-term reliability, and enables Airfins to serve both domestic and international oil & gas, energy, chemical, and industrial projects with confidence.
